* 12 shirt sizes smaller
* 2 miles run on average every day
* Blood pressure: 112 over 74
* Cholesterol: 123
The past twelve months have been quite a journey. I've had incredible highs, and devastating lows. I've learned, and I've taught. And the biggest lesson? It is nowhere near over.
