After two days of liquids, I know this one thing is true: I am over sweets. Everything I eat, whether its a protein shake, sugar free jello, popsicle or vitamin water, is sickeningly, cloying sweet. Fruit flavored, chocolate flavored, cherry flavored; what I wouldn't give right now for a piece of chicken.
My mom suggested I try beef consomme. She said it was salty, and a little thicker than regular broth. Good call mom; it was hot, which was another quality I realized I was missing, it was salty and it was filling. Hooray for consomme!!!!
